New PDF Converter

• We have introduced a new PDF converter to enhance support for Chinese characters, ensuring improved compatibility and accurate representation. This improvement will be applied to both the creation of e-Invoices and the email format for PDFs.

Issue Resolutions:

• The Consolidated e-Invoice reference numbers are now being generated in a proper sequential order without any duplicates.

eInvoicing

I&B Integrated POS Users are now allowed to submit eInvoice from I&B

• Inventory & Billing integrated POS users are now allowed to submit eInvoice from Outgoing Dashboard in Billing / Inventory & Billing.
• Only POS users integrated with the UBS Inventory & Billing or Billing module can view transactions in the eInvoicing Outgoing Dashboard, ready for transmission. Before transmitting, ensure that all necessary setup, configurations and mappings are completed in Inventory & Billing or Billing. Configuration and Mapping. No setup is required in POS.
