Setting form for 96 Software Sdn Bhd customers

As part of our customer onboarding for eInvoicing features,
please complete this form to register your company for a free
digital signature connection.

Important notice:

  • Please ensure that your Access Cover remains active for at least three months while you are in the queue for the eInvoicing onboarding process.
  • Please submit one form per Company (as per License Name).
  • Please make sure that UBS software is updated with an active license.
  • We encourage you to go through the following checklist after confirming your booking and submitting the form:
    • Ensure your company name matches the one on your UBS License Certificate. (form with mismatched names will be rejected).
    • Your software version is up to date, with active UBS Access Cover of Evo Lite.
  • The setup must be done on the main server or primary computer.
